FAQ

Preorders are used to fund the products or designs. A certain amount of items needs to be preordered for the item to go into production.
If an item or design can not be funded, you will get a refund for those items! 🖤

After the preorder period ends it usually takes 4-6 weeks (depending on the production complexity) for the items to get produced and shipped to me. After that they will get send out to you asap!

Cancel an Order
Please contact me within 6 hours after your purchase, if you want to cancel your order, otherwise the order can not be cancelled anymore.

Preorder Items
Preordered items get funded by orders, so these orders can not be cancelled if not issued immediately after ordering via my contact form.
Preordered items are excluded from refunds!

Returns & Refunds
In-stock items (this means items that haven't been preordered) can be returned within 14 days after the items arrived at your home, if there is an issue with them (aka damages, wrong item etc.).

PLEASE film an unedited unboxing video you can provide later on, if you want to make sure that your issue will be resolved accordingly.

Items that are intact can not be fully refunded.
Please note that I am not responsible for any lost or damaged mail.

There will be very limited quantities of preorder items in-stock later on. But please note that they can sell out very fast, so if you want to make sure to get an item or design you really like, I'd highly recommend preordering! 🖤

Depending on the amount of orders I need to pack, send outs of the packages will take 2-5 business days. After that they should arrive to you within 3 business days if shipped within Germany. Orders outside of Germany will take longer.

If you need your order to be packed and shipped really fast for a special occasion, don't hesitate to contact me, we will figure something out. 🖤

Also please note that I am working alone, so please be patient with me, everything is packed with love and care. 🖤

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your package and whether you want it tracked or not.

Standard shipping within Germany starts from 3,50€.
Tracked shipping starts from 6,50€.

Depending on the weight of your package the prices will increase according to the current DHL pricerate.

All shipping costs include a small packaging fee.

Packages shipped within the EU and Switzerland have a default tracked shipping price of 15€!
There is no other option available currently!
